Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once the order is accepted and dispatched. If an item is out of stock we'll contact you and refund it.
Prices
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Product information
We describe ingredients and usage as accurately as we can. Skincare products are cosmetics, not medicines, and we make no medical claims. Patch test new products and stop use if irritation occurs. Speak to a doctor or dermatologist about any skin condition.
Returns
Our returns terms are set out on the shipping and returns page and form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
